How to Make a Complaint

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our services, programmes, staff, volunteers, or operations, you are encouraged to raise your concerns with us. Complaints can be submitted through any of the following methods:

To help us investigate your concern effectively, please provide as much detail as possible, including your name, contact information, and a clear description of the issue.

Our Complaints Process

We are committed to handling complaints promptly, fairly, and confidentially.

Our process includes:

* Acknowledgement: We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 5 working days.
* Investigation: The matter will be reviewed carefully and impartially.
* Response: We aim to provide a full response within 20 working days.

If additional time is required due to the complexity of the matter, we will inform you and keep you updated on progress.

Escalation

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may request that the matter be reviewed by senior management or the Board of Trustees for further consideration.

Where appropriate, complaints may also be referred to the relevant regulatory or oversight body, including the Charity Commission for England and Wales.

Feedback and complaints help us strengthen our services and improve the support we provide to young people and our communities. We are committed to learning from concerns raised and using them to enhance the quality and effectiveness of our work.
